Viveca January 9, 2010 Della S. Moss (Chatham, Virginia USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
My 8 year old granddaughter wanted a 3 Musketeers Barbie for Christmas, but she didn't want the one with the dress on. I couldn't find a different one anywhere and I was getting desperate, so I got the bright idea to look on Amazon to see what they had. Low and behold, they had what she wanted. I ordered the doll and I got it well before Christmas. I left the doll in the box it came in, so that when she went to open it, she would be surprised. I was teasing her, so I told her that she better appreciate the doll, because I had to go to a lot of trouble to get it for her. I was right proud of myself!
The sword breaks easily but my niece doesn't mind December 25, 2009 All Access Customer (Texas) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
It's true the sword breaks very easily, but my 6yr niece put some tape on it and she was fine. The dress does turn into a cap and the mask moves up and down on her face. The dolls costume looks nothing like the DVD character and my niece noticed that right away. This dolls' signature weapon are whips not a sword, but in the end all the musketeers have swords. So if you're buying the doll for a child who is alert and pays attention to detail, be prepared for disappointment. However, most kids don't really care about the details they just like the bright colors and mini features.

Fast shipping. Love the boots that aren't so easy to lose as the tiny shoes. My daughters are getting great play out of the set.
A Welcome Christmas Gift February 15, 2010 Barbara Barry (East Stroudsburg, PA) My granddaughter was very happy to receive the Viveca Doll. It was very hard to find, but happily was able to find at Amazon.
Good doll February 28, 2010 D. Houston (Louisville, KY USA) This is a doll of one of the girl characters in the movie Barbie and the Three Musketeers. My 5 year old granddaughter loves that movie so we got her all 5 dolls from the movie for Christmas (the 4 girl dolls and the Prince doll, and perhaps I should say Santa got them instead of "we"). Not much educational value, but the granddaughter loves all the dolls including this one and toys are often meant just to entertain and have fun, not educate. The doll has held up well (2 months after Christmas). 4 stars as an entertainment and fun toy, not as an educational toy.
