I bought this set for my 2.5 year old and she loved it...mostly because of the barbie babies. One of the babies has "chicken pox" that show up when you get her face wet. The little medicine bottle has a small sponge on it that you are suppose to use to make the chikenpox appear. I like this set because Barbie is wearing a decent outfit for once and doesn't look like a streetwalker. I do need to warn abou the "accesories". Most of them are just cardboard peices that are taped onto the box that you have to remove to use them. I almost threw them away not realizing that they are suppose to be saved. The fabric (actually some kind of nylon) on the doctor table is very well secured and there is a knob that you turn to "change" the paper on the table. Overall, very cute and I reccomend it!

My granddaughter's aunt is a pediatrician, so this Barbie was a great gift. It actually looks like my niece! It comes with Barbie wearing pants and with lots of extras that my granddaughter loved to play with. I thought the price was quite a bargain for the educational value and the accessories included with the doll.

What I liked about this was the non-fashion emphasis. Realistic and acutally encouraging to a youngster who might get the idea she can be a (gasp!) DOCTOR some day instead of a fashion model/sex symbol. Only drawback, as with any other many-part toy, is losing the bitty pieces. But this definitely went over big with my granddaughter.

Boyfriend's niece loved this Barbie and her friends. The fact Barbie was a doctor over a model this time was a great selling point to us. Kara has enjoyed this toy very much.

Like the first reviewer, my niece loved this because of the teeny babies. She didn't like Barbie or the examination table, and hasn't used them or the accessories. She has used the babies with her Bratz dolls!
