If you are not satisfied with your order, for any reason, simply send it back - in good condition - within 30 days for a refund. Please include the receipt (or a copy) for a prompt refund. Sorry, we can't refund the shipping costs. If there is an error in your order, call us at 585-271-0140 during business hours and we'll correct it as soon as possible. We can send the correct item immediately (via regular mail) and charge your card like a regular order. When you return the wrong order, we'll credit your card for the full invoice (including shipping) plus your return shipping. Reasonable return costs only, no express services will be credited. Nor will we send the replacement via express services. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Include a copy of the receipt (or the original), your name, date of purchase, and the reason for the return. Merchandise must be returned in good condition to ensure complete credit. All sales become final after 30 days. Any items returned after 30 days may be returned to you and/or subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges.
